My Story
When I was 12, I was hit by a drunk driver while biking home. The crash left me paralyzed from the waist down — and changed everything. During recovery, I discovered Adobe tools like Premiere, Illustrator, and Photoshop. What began as a creative outlet quickly evolved into a lifelong passion for storytelling, design, and purpose-driven communication.
For the past 12 years, I’ve been building learning and engagement experiences for one of the largest federal agencies in the U.S. — the Social Security Administration. I led the development of a new regional onboarding program for 5,000 employees, which reduced attrition by over 70% and was later adopted nationally. I also created leadership training, managed the Cornerstone LMS, and hosted live sessions on management, culture, and performance development. My approach? Strategic, creative, and always aligned with culture and business needs.
I’ve partnered with senior executives, including the former Governor of Maryland and SSA Commissioner, to drive national campaigns that moved both employees and the public. Whether it’s developing large-scale onboarding programs or creating high-impact training, I combine instructional design expertise with media production fluency to deliver experiences that connect — and convert.
With a background in Education and a Master’s in Media and Communication, I know how to translate complex goals into clear, emotionally resonant learning journeys. If you’re looking for someone who leads with strategy, creates with empathy, and always thinks end-to-end — let’s talk.
